Can you tell us about yourself and your travel business?
Latin Travel Collection (LTC) is a sustainable travel agency, now based in Miami, US. Our primary objective is to develop impactful tours in South America.
I have been with the company for three years as a webmaster, managing LTC and other brands under the same ownership.
When and how did you start your travel business?
I’m not quite aware of how the company began, but I know they have been operating in the market for around 35 years.
What has been the biggest challenge you have overcome in your business?
Our biggest challenge was redesigning our website after relocating to Miami. We recognized the necessity of establishing a strong online brand presence.
This involved creating a user-friendly platform that allowed potential customers to book unique South American travel experiences easily.
What advice would you like to give fellow travel business owners about running a successful travel agency?
First of all, establish a good online presence with a well-structured website. Second, use WP Travel Engine as it’s the most helpful tool to create an amazing travel agency without much effort, optimizing time and resources.
What must-have features in a travel website would you suggest to fellow travel business owners?
I believe in keeping it short and simple. So, include nice and clear information about the tours, offer direct booking options, coupled with accessible contact methods.
Also, use videos and quality images that keep the attention of the website visitors.

What suggestions do you have for improving our product and services and offering a better user experience?
I recommend expanding customization options for menus, headers, footers, and template designs. Moreover, I suggest customization of elementor pages like Destinations and Trip Types.
