We’re super excited to announce the official release of WP Travel Engine v6.2.0!
This update brings an array of powerful features and optimizations to better suit your needs.
With the new version, you’ll enjoy a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience when using the plugin to build your travel booking website.
What’s New in WP Travel Engine v6.2.0
Revamped User Interface & Easy Search Bar
The global settings dashboard has undergone a complete redesign from the boring and dull horizontal user interface, offering a more modern, streamlined user interface.
We’ve also added a search bar in the global settings to quickly find specific options, reducing setup time.
Improved Settings Organization
The cluttered “Miscellaneous” tab has been removed, and key settings like Currency Settings have been reorganized into dedicated sections, making configuration simpler and more efficient.
Optimized Performance
Icon memory usage has been reduced through integration with a React-based icon package, leading to faster page loading and a smoother experience.
Enhanced Sub-Settings Structure
Sub-settings are now better grouped and more distinguishable under their parent settings, allowing for easier navigation and management of advanced configurations.
Reduced Database Operations
With this update, we’ve reduced unnecessary database operations.
Now, when saving settings, only the specific database entry is updated instead of the entire database.
This reduces server load and enhances overall performance.
