Important Note: We have just released a major version update for WP Travel Engine (version 3.0.0). If you see anything not working, we kindly request you to clear the cache from the browser and server.

If you cannot find your answers to your questions in the plugin documentation, then fill up the below form to submit your support ticket. Our support team will answer your questions as soon as possible.

We answer most of your questions within a few hours, and we do our best to answer all your questions by the next business day. Support is limited on weekends and holidays. The standard time zone of Nepal from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is +5:45. Our official support timing is from 00:15 AM – 7:15 AM EST.

While submitting the support ticket, please explain issues with the help of a screenshot or video to make it visually clear. You can use Chrome extension Lightshot to take a screenshot and Loom for recording video(recommended) straight from your browser. It helps our support team to quickly identify the issues and provide you with a quick response.
