You will receive WhatsApp alerts when someone makes a new booking or sends an inquiry through your website. You can choose to get notifications for bookings only, inquiries only, or both. It’s easy to update your preferences at any time.
How fast are the messages sent?
Messages are sent almost immediately, usually within a few seconds after someone makes a booking or submits an inquiry.
Can I change the content of the WhatsApp messages?
Yes. You can change the text of the notifications that are sent to WhatsApp. You can also use tags that will automatically be filled with the customer’s name, booking date, or other details.
I'm not receiving alerts. What should I do?

Is any of my booking or customer data stored or shared?
No. The plugin does not keep or share any of your booking or customer information. It only sends notifications through WhatsApp.
I hit the limit of messages per month. What can I do?
You can buy non-expiring credits anytime from your dashboard. Once your monthly credits are used up, your top-up credits will be applied automatically.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Any unused monthly credits will not roll over to the next billing cycle. However, you can purchase non-expiring top-up credits from your dashboard, which stay in your account until used.
Are Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly plans renewed automatically?
Yes. All subscription plans – Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly – are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we do. Since sending messages incurs a cost for us, refunds are available only if 10 or fewer messages have been used. Please note that top-up credit plans are non-refundable.
