With Lifetime All Access Pass (Agency), you get lifetime access to all the current extensions, new extensions release, updates to the extensions and email support.
2. What is the use of license keys?
License keys connect your website to ours. It allows us to send automatic extension updates (new features, improvements, security updates) if your extension license key is in good standing. Similarly, we provide extension support for valid license key holders only.
3. I have a travel agency. Which All Access Pass would you recommend?
If you only have one travel agency website, we recommend All Access – Personal. It provides you with a license for one site only, meaning you can use the extensions on only one website.
But, if you have more than one travel website, we recommend All Access – Business. With this, you get an unlimited license, and you can use the extensions on multiple sites.
4. I create websites for travel and tour operators. Which All Access Pass would you recommend?
If you are a freelancer or a web development agency, we recommend All Access – Agency. This plan gives you lifetime access to the extensions. So, in the long run, you save a lot of money.
5. On how many sites can I activate my license key?
If you buy All Access – Personal, you can activate the extensions license on one website.
But, if you purchase All Access (Business or Agency), you can activate the extensions license on unlimited websites.
6. How much does it cost to renew my yearly membership?
The cost of yearly membership renewal is the same as the annual membership price.
7. What happens when my membership expires?
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If your membership expires, you can continue to use the extensions that you’ve purchased. But, you won’t have access to the latest extension releases, support, and updates.
Luckily, we’ve made renewing your membership super simple! We’ll send you an email reminder when your renewal is near.
8. Do I have to pay additional charges for support?
We provide free support to all our customers. You can open a support ticket anytime with us. License Key in good standing is required for extension support. License Keys are issued at the time of purchase.
9. Can I purchase individual extensions?
Absolutely! If you don’t see All Access Pass suitable for your needs and want to add specific functionalities to your website, you can purchase individual extensions from the extensions catalog.
10. Do I have to purchase extensions?
No. Extensions are optional, and they help to improve functionalities and features of your travel website drastically. If you want to download the WP Travel Engine base plugin, you can download it here.
11. What is your refund policy?
